Love this Hole Punch

This hole punch is so easy to use, doesn't miss punches or punch in the wrong place. It's light and easy to move, not heavy like the old 3-hole punches. I really like it.

Great product, and so much smaller than I expected

Great product, and so much smaller than I expected! I haven't used this much yet, but so far I've successfully punched about 10 pages at one time without any issue at all. The best part is the size and portability. This is super easy to pick up and carry to another work area, and it has a very sleek appearance so it looks nice sitting on your desk. The worst part is the fact that the punch slot is on the TOP of the machine. Most hole punch slots are on the side, so you simply side the paper in and punch. On this machine you almost have to hold both ends of your stack of paper so as to avoid a 'wobbly' series of holes. Final thought... I'm torn, I love the design and footprint size of this product, but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the top loading concept. Time will tell!

I bought this for someone who is disabled.

When I began looking for an electric hole punch for my friend, I didn't know what I was looking for. I saw the Bostitch 3-hole punch and that it loaded from the top which would be easier for her. I noticed that it was stable when it was being used. She loves it and has already managed to fill all her binders with the papers she wanted to file and now has them at her fingertips.

Dysfunctional Design

bostitch at one time I thought was an iconic brand in this space. at some point, they should take a look at functional design. this does not seem to be designed by anyone who has ever actually had to punch a hole. the purpose of a power hole puncher is to punch several sheets simultaneously. the problem is it constantly clogs up and the little container for the 'holes' is in a small corner of one end and probably can hold about 12 tiny holes of confetti. so we either need to hire a maintenance person to clear and empty this unit on an hourly basis or order a grown up hole puncher..

One hole jams

This hole punch sis good for small jobs. I’ve been using it 2 months now. At first it was so smooth and easy to use. Now, the first hole get clogged and I can’t slide the paper in without dislodging the paper dots from the slot to slide the paper in. I’ve started just grabbing the manual punch as it’s quicker than having to unjam between punches, bc it only punches about 10-12 pages at a time anyway.
