Great holder with one caveat
This is a great holder. It never opens on it's own and holds all the blades in securely. The only gripe I have is it is hard to get the blades in and out. It holds them that well. Well worth the money!!

Blade holder
Perfect for two Xtra sets of blades to keep sharp or for emergency, broken blade. Can switch out in 5 minutes and only lose a few shifts.

Hard case is difficult to use
This is a basic case, very similar to the blue name-brand one that is also available. I like it because it is made of hard plastic, and as such, won't get crushed in a hockey bag, and I don't have to worry about my spare runners being bent. Being hard plastic, the lid tends to get in the way as you open it to take out or insert your spare steel. It's also got little tabs that will hold your steel securely inside, but only two of the four of those is easy to use. The other two are too close to the side walls, so they're very stiff. They make it hard to get your steel into the slots, especially if they're freshly sharpened. This is the same problem that the name-brand blue one has, so I really don't think one is better than the other (my family has several of these, as well as team-mates, so I feel confident in my comparison). Overall it works, but I think there are better ways to carry your steel. I think a pouch would be more convenient, but it just wouldn't provide the level of protection that a hard case does.

Great for the price!
Great value for the money. Bought these for a 3 year olds skates (size 9T) and they work perfectly and will fit as she needs bigger skates. They protect her blades and help keep them dry. Better value than the crazy priced ones in the local pro shop.

Cute and does the job
My shoe size is size 8 for US womens shoes. I got a large cover for my ice skates and they're perfectly snug and I love that it's pink!

Does it’s job.
Does what it’s supposed to do, just a little difficult to get the steel in and out, and the function of the kid it a little wonky. I only change blades once every three months, so it’s not really an issue.

Still using these 1 year later!
Bought these when I first started ice skating a year ago and they're still going strong! I dont even take that good care of them. Other people at the rink have holes in their soakers but mine dont have any sign of wear aside from a bit of pilling in the material. I skate 3-5 times a week so I DO use them and I'm suprised I havent needed another pair!

Great Product!
I love the design and fit my skates fine keeping them dry and rust free. Wipe the blades before putting on the soakers.

These skate guards are great and keep blades protected! Easy for my 6 year old to use.

Overall Good
I purchased these for my daughters figure skates. The size large fit her ladies size 8 skates perfect. These are way easier than plastic guards to put on and off plus they soak up an extra moisture missed. The quality could have been slightly thicker but overall satisfied.
