Installation was easy as 1-2-3 (and follow the instructions)

The short edition. Easy installation. One thing omitted from the Delta box is PLUMBERS TAPE ($0.99 at the local hardware store). From start to finish was 30 minutes. You'll need one wrench (two if the coupling adapters are needed to step-up or step-down the water connection size). Close the water valves (hot, cold); disconnect the feed lines to the existing faucet. If you have a spray head on the unit to be replaced get a pair of sharp scissors to cut that line (it loops beneath the sink and has a weight on it that won't feed through the opening in the sink). Once removed, thread the new unit's hot and cold water feed lines, and the extension hose connector through the sink opening. Delta INCLUDES the NUT and WRENCH needed to secure the base-plate. It's just that simple. When connecting the water - the feed lines have colored inserts - blue for cold water; red for hot water. The solenoid connects simply, no tools required. The batteries (Duracell) come with the unit. The only thing I'd add is a 'pencil box' (like school supplies) to put the batteries in to avoid water / splashes etc. under the counter. Could not have been easier.

Love it!

We had one of the first versions of this faucet when it was first made 12 yrs ago or so. We LOVED that faucet! When we sold the home the faucet obviously stayed. It was a no brainer to purchase another one for our new home. My husband installed it without any issues in about 30 mins or so. I didn’t realize when I purchased it the pull down handle had two different spray options. The dome option is so great and really helps to wash out jars and hard to rinse spots. The only complaint I can give between the two we’ve owned is this faucet requires 6 AA batteries and our last faucet only needed 2 C batteries. Our old faucet didn’t need to have the batteries changed for about 3 years where this faucet is only 6 months old and we’ve had to change the batteries already. Now 6 months is pretty good but after having our last faucet I feel like the switch to the AA’s was kind of a downgrade. This is small and doesn’t take away from our love of it but just something to note.

Excellent

The connections are longer than Koehler so no extensions are needed.. The spray isn’t as fierce and my clothes are dryer as there isn’t as much splash. An excellent product. I bought it as a return - good value!

Beautiful faucet

I love everything about this faucet except for the fact that the temperature is hard to regulate if you just want warm. Hot or cold, no problem, but warm is another story. Otherwise, I love the appearance and the operation.

We Adore the Touch feature of this faucet!

I ordered this product and a soap dispenser, and hired a plumber to install it. My hubby is in his 60s and is 6'5" tall, so he seriously could not contort himself like you can see the plumber had to do. It took the plumber at least an hour to install the faucet, and we used the battery pack rather than hire an electrician to run an electrical line for plugging it into an electrical supply. We really really love the Touch On/Off feature! The indicator light works perfectly, changing gradually from blue to purple to red, as the water temperature rises. Our water pressure isn't great, so the glass-rinsing function doesn't really help us, and the spray is rather weak. But that's not a fault of the hardware, just of our city's water pressure.

Ridiculous!

We're living in the future with this faucet. The only thing its missing is a voice command option! We love it! Everyone can't wait to come try it. Fun and Worth the $!

My first touch H2O faucet working well

The media could not be loaded. My 20- years old kitchen faucet was still functioning, but it is kind look old and rusty, so I decided to get this faucet. At first the touch H2O function did not work when I touch at top of faucet, but it works only when I touch at the base. After playing with it for around 5 minutes, it just started to work.
