Speed Force The Flash Action Figure: $24.99 at the time of review Full disclosure: this is one of those things that I would probably order for myself as an adult. I firmly believe that you're never too old to play with toys. And frankly, despite the bad press around the actor, who plays the flash, he's a pretty awesome superhero. But the truth of the matter is, in this particular case, that I ordered this so that I could have a fun toy on hand, when my nephew comes to visit. You see, I believe that it's all good Aunt and Uncle's jobs to have fun toys at their house to keep their niblings preoccupied. The good news is that this toy is every bit as awesome as I was hoping it would be. The bad news is that there's not really any good way to portray that in a review. This is one of those things that you just have to see and play with yourself. First of all, the detail on the toy is excellent. I suppose the face could use a little bit of extra attention. But the rest of his body and speed suit are glorious. His limbs articulate really well, and as an action figure, I would’ve loved to have this as a kid. As for the actual operation of the toy, there's a small on off switch on the back and it's powered by three button cell batteries. We have yet to run the batteries down, but they're a common type, and pretty easy to swap out for an adult (you will need a smaller Phillips head screwdriver). But I'm telling you, the lights and sound in this toy are awesome! There are various spots all over his suit that light up. And there are several modes. You can set it to move with motion, or to be activated by the button on his chest (which also lights up). But best of all, it was a huge hit with my nephew! He loved playing with it, and did everything he could to trigger the sounds in motion mode. If I had one complaint, it would be that the package is pretty bare-bones. You just get a cardboard box with the action figure and a small black and white instruction manual in it. This isn't the kind of action figure of my childhood that came in a plastic clamshell package with a bunch of accessories. But that's OK, because the base toy is so cool it just doesn't matter. As far as the price goes, $24.99 seems a little high for an action figure, but one with this level of detail and cool lights, and sound effects is worth every penny in my opinion. In the end, I am so happy I ordered this toy for my nephew. As mentioned above, it's super cool looking, fun to play with, and the noise and sounds are really neat. It gets a big five stars out of five from me and my nephew. I would absolutely order this over again.

Kid Loves It
My superhero-loving son is thrilled with this toy! It lights up and makes noises, which is what every 5 year old wants! I love that it can be turned on and off! It is on the loud side with no volume adjustments, and it doesn't actually say any words, just makes zooming and whooshing type noises. My son doesn't seem to mind that, and loves to zoom through the house to Flash's soundtrack. He tends to play a little rough, and on their first trip outside, Flash came back missing one kneecap. Son doesn't mind that, either. The leg joints seem to be stiff - especially at the hip - but have eased up with use. All-in-all, my son is happy so I'm happy.

Pretty cool Flash figure ???? ⚡️
This flash figure is pretty cool because he’s a large size figure standing 12in tall. He’s also cool because he’s interactive. This flash figure lights up and makes cool sound effects. This sounds are a bit loud and annoying at time. It doesn’t take much to activate the sounds. Simply shaking or moving the figure at all actives his lights and sounds. That’s s pretty cool for my kiddo but, as a parent is can be a little annoying to hear almost non stop. It would be nice if there was some sort of volume control. This figure also have really good articulation for a larger figure. He’s legs move at the hips and knees and his arms move at the shoulder, elbow and wrist. The wrist only swivel in a circular motion like the neck does. Overall this is a very easy toy for my 3 almost 4 year old to play with and he is thoroughly enjoying playing with it! He’s already showed it off to his friends and neighbors! Lol that being said my sons loving this toy so I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend. Just be aware the sound is a bit loud with no volume control.

Awesome action figure!
This is a really cool action figure of The Flash! It lights up in all different ways through the yellow veining of the action figure. It has cool sounds that go with it too. The figure is well made and the different points of articulation all hold really well where you manipulate it to. You turn it on by pressing the button in the chest and can shake it to keep the noise and lights going. My son has some other super hero action figures but this one has become his favorite because of the lights and sounds. To be honest though, hearing the sounds constantly going is rough! There’s no volume control on it. I’d still highly recommend and my son is having a blast with it!

Cool light and sounds
This is a pretty cool Flash action figure. It has three switch options on the back, 1 where you press the chest for lights/sounds, 2 where motion and shaking sets things in action and 3 off. It can stand up on it's own and pose in multiple poses. The instruction guide that came with it was a bit hard to read but the basic information is on the box and it's kind of just the thing you pick up and figure out anyway. Like I was baffled in the number 2 option why when we picked it up and shook it nothing would happen. Then I figured out I had to push the chest button first and then it worked when I shook it or moved it.

Great quality & very entertaining action figure!
We've been collecting 12" action figures since my oldest was younger and they already passed down to my second oldest son. He LOVES them and plays with them all of the time. One character he didn't have is Flash and I have to say this Flash is probably the coolest one we have! He makes speed noises when you shake him like he's running and has a button that makes more noises. Everywhere that has lines on his suit light up while it's making noise. I like that his legs and arms bend for the ultimate imaginary experience. It also has a switch to turn it on/off on his back.

Really nice
My grandson is at the age where he really doesn't play with action figures any more, but he's a big fan of the Flash, so he is enjoying it guarding the dresser in his room. This one is a pretty good size and isn't going to get lost among the other toys, and the light up features are pretty neat, so all in all it's still a pretty good value for a youngster's toy.
