Buy multiple because they are prone to break!!

POS! The metal part breaks right away. Bought it twice and same issue both times. The most frustrating experience EVER!!! Desperately looking for the Gerber original part but to no avail. so, unfortunately, this is what you’re left with. I highly suggest purchasing a couple of these in case one doesn’t work.

Broke after a few months

Mine broke too, after a few months. It sprayed water all over the bathroom. Glad I was home to shut off the water.

Poor quality, very fragile

Poor quality, very fragile. When installed had a 5 second drip. Tightened and the metal shattered, yes the metal not the plastic. Metal was so thin that I pealed it out the threads with a small pocket knife. Gerber parts are hard to find. Another one had the plastic shaft broken when person turned a little too hard.
