Awesome quality but weird fit

I bought these for a trip to Costa Rica and they worked out almost perfectly. They are pretty water resistant but also breathable so I was protected from the rain but not too hot. My only issue is that they fit me pretty weird. I’m curvy and my bottom half is larger than my waist so I had to buy them to fit my bottom half. There was a large gap in the waist at the small of my back so I had to wear a belt. I’ll probably have them altered to fit me better.

Love These Pants

Absolutely love these pants. They are lightweight and durable; very comfortable. Can be dressed up enough to wear to my office job but also love them for hiking. Hated the color "mud," though... reminded me of stomach bile.

Run Large

I read several reviews saying these run a little big and to size down so I knew there was a risk buying a larger size HOWEVER I also have very large calves for my size so I worried the smaller would fit too tightly on the bottom...I was right. The length is what I thought and the taper on the calf is perfect....but the elastic waistband is almost falling off...otherwise cute, versatile, and well-made pants.

Short Legs, Big Waist

These are supposed to be hiking pants, so what is with the capri look? That is not functional or desirable. I am 5'8" and these barely touch the ankle bone. The color is gorgeous. The waist, however is ill-fitting, even at size 6, I keep having to pull the pants up. No thank you while I am on a strenuous hike. I considered going down a size, to 4, but that would mean they would be even shorter. I wish these were high-waisted and not sitting so low. I wish they were longer, much longer. I have a size 8 on the way and there is no way that is fitting. Returning them all. Bummed!

I love these pants. They have an elastic waist but also a zipper/button closure. They're now the more comfortable pants I own!
