Pricey but fit the bill
My daughter (13) is super difficult to buy pants for. She requires: elastic waist, khaki color, cargo pockets and functional pockets, soft material with some stretch, and a style that doesn't look frumpy. I require a material that is wash and wear. You'd think this wouldn't be THAT hard to find but you'd be sorely wrong. Her favorite pants the last two years have been Unionbay but they were bad to rip at the waistband and now they've quit making the khaki color. Found these initially at Macy's and they were almost double the Unionbay pants on sale, however, she likes them and so far they have been much more durable than the Unionbay. The material feels a little thin and I fully expected it to wrinkle but they do great right out of the dryer. I had my reservations but now I expect these to last a long time. She wears a 10-12, size large in these with a bit of room to spare.

Most comfortable summer pants ever!
I have these same pants in 4 colors. They are so comfortable and cool on. They wear and fit well. Recommend them to everyone.
