Great boots

This is my second pair. My first pair lasted almost four years with daily wear in a wooded area. They never leaked. They accidentally got caught in a door and got a tear, otherwise they were still going strong. These boots are generously sized. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9 and have these in an 8. The adjustable back is a nice feature. I often wear them without socks and they are comfortable. They are easy to hose off if they get muddy or dirty. Mine are truly for walking in the wet, muddy, rainy, grassy, woods, fields - you name it. Not for fashion although they are cute. I’m not gentle with them. I’m extremely pleased with how well they hold up and the comfort while doing so.

Excellent boots

I thought about buying Hunter boots, but was discouraged after reading the reviews and I found these! Who needs Hunter when these are available? I have thicker calves and love the adjustable calf feature. These are comfortable, not too heavy (easy to maneuver), and extra cute. My calves are a little O shaped but they look straight in these. My feet got a little cold when I tried them on, but a pair of insoles solved the problem.

Great for Beach Combing

Boots were great. Fit was as expected and they were comfortable for the time. There is not great support so I would not recommend walking long distances but for beach combing and mud larking they were perfect.

I really like these! I have large calves and it makes is really difficult to find tall boots, especially ones that slide on without a zipper. The adjustable back is very useful, you can close it all the way so rain will not get in from the top. Regarding the size - I am usual an 8.5 so I’ve ordered the 8 and they are a little big in the foot, but I guess that with a thick sock it will be ok. When I first got them I was so excited that I tried them on without a sock and it was a big mistake lol it almost didn’t come off! With a sock it slides off pretty easily, even with a high arch. So far so good - at the first walk I intentionally stepped in all the puddles and everything remained dry. They are a little weird to wear in the beginning if you are used to hard soles. These are very soft and pretty comfortable and the little heel is great since it’s not completely flat and not causing me back pain. And it also arrives in a pretty package! I am recommending these

Very narrow fitting

If you are a wide footed person like me, I would highly advise against these! I can just about get my foot in (whilst getting cramp from squeezing it in at an angle!) but I need assistance getting it out!! No word of a lie. My colleague had to hoist it off and then I had to hoist hers off her feet cause we both bought the same brand!! ???? I would recommend getting some welly insoles too as these are not the comfiest. Insoles really solved the comfort problem. ????
