my first pair of SoftWalk shoes but they were too long

So cute and comfortable but too long. This was my first pair of SoftWalk shoes and I normally wear an 8.5 W or XW in other brands. I ordered these in 8.5XW and they were too long and there is no 8XW available. I ended up ordering another SoftWalk style in 8XW and they fit perfectly. Now I know for future reference to order an 8XW when ordering this brand.

Very, very narrow boot

I first purchased this bootie in 6.5 M, which is my normal size. But when I tried one boot on I couldn’t even get my toes past the opening. I returned them and chose size 6.5WW. This is twice my normal width. They do fit and I’m going to take a chance that that is all that was needed to make this a great pair of ankle boots.

Really cute and comfy but very narrow width

I like this boot so much that I ordered a second pair! It’s really cute and very comfy, especially if you walk a lot. The only downside is this is cut extremely narrowly, so you may need to size up a width. I normally wear a medium to narrow shoe and had to order the size wide.

Weird toes, but very comfortable

I wish I could give these 5 stars because they were so comfortable right out of the box, but they have a very weird toe area - it looks scuffed up from the rest of the very soft suede-like material on the rest of the shoe. I don't understand if it's supposed to be like that or if it was damaged.

Runds narrow

I really like these boots, but they aren't comfortable yet to wear for long periods of time. They are very narrow — even though I ordered the medium width. I am hoping they stretch out! The padding on the bottom is really nice.

Smart western style ankle boots, easy to wear

These are US size B, a slightly narrower fit than average UK size which suits me- They have 4 hole laces which helps but could be a tighter fit around ankle for me, but I have a very small ankle... good price for product. Super with jeans and chords. Like the caramel colour and retro natural colour heal.
