I returned... And changed my mind.
I love this handbag. That's why... when I found after very light use that one of the beads at the very end of the chain on the handle started to pop out and there was no way to get it back in? I was SO disappointed and decided to return it. (Apparently other reviewers have commented on the same issue.) Otherwise the handbag is beautifully made, goes with everything, and I love the choice of the short handle or cross shoulder strap. It also stands up on it's own and personally? I use a vape device, so I not only need it to stand up on it's own, but I need a safe quick access pocket to put my mini box mod in. This one hits all the marks perfectly. So after I dropped off my return, I went home, cooked dinner, and started looking for a similar handbag without the bead handle issue... And I saw the alert for this handbag going on sale for almost a third of what I originally paid. Sigh. I guess I can overlook the bead problem! Reordered!

Good quality leather.
Nice quality leather, ordered black. It's more in matte than glossy. Lots of pockets which I like. A great everyday bag. Only down fall, is I wish there's a lining inside the bag and more holes for the straps.

Way to small
It's wY to small, outside pockets should be in front and back to fit cell, handle to heavy and if the cell is placed in one of the side pockets the handle can scratch the phone. I wish I could return this item at no charge. Thank you

Received different item not like the picture showing in the add.
I received a BIG bag totem style, that doesn’t even look at all like the one advertised in the add. Also it was made from a very heavy and material.
