Very nice scale!

I really like this scale. I like the tempered glass. It is very easy to keep clean. This was replacing one that came up missing, I think my husband may have taken it to the boat. I had to get another one similar to it, as I liked the slim design. This one is very similar to the one I was replacing. It has a slim profile, so it easily fits in my drawer. I also like the batteries being regular batteries and not those little ones that I never have on hand. It does appear to be accurate, as I measured several items that I knew the weight of and it was right on. I also like that it can weigh up to 25 pounds. But most of all, I love the red color. I have a lot of red in my kitchen, so I like that it matches. I am so glad I bought this scale!

Really like this scale

Really like this scale. I use it for making sausage. To Tare the scale you simply turn the scale on, choose the unit of measure. Set you container on the scale and weigh it. Then, hit the on button, and it zeros itself out. Remove the container and its weight is measured in negative. Then, add the ingredients to the same container and reweigh. The Tare weight will be the items weight minus the container.

Good product

Works great. I do all of my own meat processing including deer fish and what ever else I kill and have packaged at least three hundred pounds of meat using this scale with no problems what so ever. I have compared it with other scales and it appears to be very accurate. It is also very easy to use and turns on and off without problems.

Looks great, accurate enough for my needs

Looks really nice in my kitchen. It's not accurate enough to be used as a scientific scale, but it's good enough for general kitchen use.

useful, definitely not

The scale is neither accurate nor precise. Weigh something 3 times and it gives 3 widely differing weights. It does not show weight for anything under 10 grams. Low weights under a couple ounces are off by as much as 50%. Stylish, yes, useful, definitely not.
