Perfect

This was one of my best purchases for post shoulder replacement surgery. Used it on day 2 post op for shower and was so glad I had it. Of course after the shower you get back into the immobilizer! If you've had replacement surgery you don't use this lightweight sling EXCEPT for shower. And that is heaven. Water and soap wash thru and you feel almost human in those first very tough days. (I taped saran wrap over the medical dressing). Buy it. You will be happy you did.

Regular size is regular size

Great sling, bought it for use in the shower after shoulder surgery. Read a lot of reviews that said things like OMG THE MEDIUM IS SO TINY! So I bought an extra large instead of a large, which was a mistake. I should've just gotten a large (the same size sling the hospital gave me) and it would've been better. The extra large is a little too big, but I mistakenly sized up based on reviews. I'm not a huge guy (6'1", slim-regular build), and large would've been a better bet for me. All in all, though, it's a good sling and functions well. If buying for showering, like I did, look no further. Dries off quickly hung over the shower curtain rod thing, and doesn't seem to get gross, but stays supportive. This one's perfect.

Got this for my husband who had shoulder surgery and needed a sling he could switch into while showering. Not the highest quality product and a bit overpriced, but it was did hold up for a few weeks and was used 1-2 times a day. Air-dried quickly but the weather had been warm here so may not for someone else in a colder/wetter climate.

Used this mesh sling for showering following reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Worked great, but I ordered too big, worked anyway. Also cooler for occasional use to replace my thick hospital provided sling in this hot FL summer weather.

I like it - very breathable

I like it - very breathable, and solidly constructed. Many folks in these reviews have struggled with sizing, so I'll offer a concrete data point: I am 5'8", and the X-Large is the right size for my arm. The only downside is that the actual strap length is barely long enough for how I want to hold my arm. For a person much taller than me, the strap will not allow a wide range of positions.
