Would Recommend

I disliked how the package arrived with everything loose inside the bag. Everything was OK though and works fine. Feels like a high quality drill and functions well as of now. Note you will need to buy bit tips separately!

Good battery life

On full charge used drill to put in over 1.5lbs of 4 inch and 2.5 inch screws into pine and low grade 2x4s and at the end the battery was still at about 30% charge (it ended the day at one light out of 3 lights). It comes with 2 batteries. Bought a warehouse deal and the contents were completely new each wrapped in shrink wrap as if the original box had been destroyed in the warehouse. Great value.

Solid drill

Love this drill. Maybe because I'm used to a 12v Hatachi drill. This drill has the power to tackle lots of projects I've thrown at it without any hesitation. I don't have to grab the extention cord to plug in my power drill any longer! I definitely notice the difference in power when it comes to a brushless drill. The box came with the drill, a charger, 2 batteries, and a bag. The batteries have an indicator with how much charge is left, which is quite nice.

Great addition to the tool kit

I needed a new drill since my DeWalt was getting old and the batteries were no longer available. After some research on the Brushless Craftsmen, I decided to switch brands. This drill is pretty great. It has a lot of power and is about 20% smaller than the old DeWalt. It has a light under the bit that illuminates the drilling/driving area. The features are the same as the old drill (which cost about $100 at the time - I paid $107 for this one) - ie multiple drill speeds and keyless chuck. It does not come with a case, but rather a bag, which some may like or not. Doesn't matter that much to me since the bag gives more options and space for storage. There are two models, so be sure to read the details. The last digit on the model # is the number of batteries it comes with. If you see the $89 price, it's because there's only one battery included. This one comes with two, which is great because one can charge as the other is used. And since the battery is compatible with various other tools, you can buy the "tool only" saws and sanders, etc., saving some money in the long run.

They need to come with a case,battery, charger and it doesn’t have a place on the drill to store a couple of bits like the 19.2 Did all of my 19.2 craftsman came with a bag/case, battery, and charger

Wonderful purchase

Exactly what I was looking for to replace my Ridgid drill, which was ok, but awful company's customer service. Wont buy a Ridgid again. The Craftsman drill is light, powerfull, has a light to see the work , a charge indicator on the batteries, nice looking and seems to be very well made. My best purchase of the year !
