NOT BUILT FOR COMFORT OR PRECISION BUT OK
I HAD TO "REPAIR" THE THREADED INSERT FOR ONE CROSS BRACE. THE THREADED INSERT HOLE AND BOLT DIDN'T LINE UP SO I HAD TO REMOVE THE INSERT AND MOVE IT 1/8", A MANUFACTURING ERROR. THESE THINGS YOU CAN'T CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY. I THINK MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT BUT I HAD ALREADY RETURNED A MATCHING SAVATHIE TIKI BAR!

5 stars for everything
I'm a 67-year-old woman and put these together myself. I had bought two. Yes, I read the directions and of course, the 2nd one was easier than the first one. They give you one extra part for the nut, washer, screw, and even an extra Allen wrench. The directions are written well, in English. Easy Peasy. They look nice and I oiled them for outside. Awesome buy. My ONLY complaint is that the stickers which help with assembly are stuck a little too well to the inside of the legs, which shows if you leave them on. I used my fingernail to scrape the labels off, and then a little "Goo Gone". I still love the stools!

Beautiful Rock Solid Value
The four star ratings above are self explanatory. These stools are extremely well made securely support this big (6'5" 300lb) guy. When I oiled them with teak oil the wood grains really came out and looked very close to other teak furniture I have. When used outside, the oil allows water to shed and are easily wiped off. I use them indoors and outdoors and they are perfect height for my kitchen and outdoor bars.

Nice stools but labels are stuck on 8 legs :(
I was Going to return these but decided to keep them as extra stools to have outside. I am giving this product two Star’s because it’s impossible to get the labels for assembly off of the legs. I don’t understand why the assembly labels practically fall off every other piece inside of this package yet on the eight supporting legs it’s as if they are glued on. The stools are beautiful for the cost But having to spend nearly 1 hour trying to scrape off these little labels (and getting through two of the eight in that time) is beyond obnoxious and frustrating. I would’ve just bought a different stool set had I known this would’ve been a problem.
