Great latch, poor ventilation

Surface texture is great! In comparison to my PURA nipples which are smooth and harder for my baby to latch on to, the texture and design of the CHICCO nipples make latching easier for her. Alignment is off. I also use PURA bottles and nipples. Those nipples seem to align better with the CHICCO bottles for better ventilation.

Does not work with cereal

I love the Chicco duo bottles for the fact that milk isn’t heated up with the plastic part of the bottle. I ordered the stage 3 nipples in addition to the bottle gift set hoping the hole would be larger. Instead, there are three very small holes. My baby needs thickened fluids for reflux (we use oatmeal cereal) and these nipples don’t work for that. Great concept, it would just be nice if Chicco made a nipple for thickened liquids with these bottles!

Too fast for a level 1 nipple

My son has reflux and as much as I liked these, lactation saw they were too fast for him and he was struggling so they’re not great for him specifically. Maybe if they weren’t quite so fast, they’d be perfect.
