THESE ARE THE PANS I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!

Chicago Metallic must have read the reviews, because, unlike others, I had no problem removing the glue from my pans. A little Dawn and a sprinkle of baking soda cleaned it right off! These are a nice, heavyweight pan. They feel like the old 16 gauge steel pans that I've used for years. Thousands of cookies leave my kitchen each year, so I usually use 4 pans at a time - 2 in the oven, and 2 to prep. I often get together with family and friends to bake, and teach my recipes to the little ones. Extra pans always help, especially since I sometimes forget one or two at a relative's house, then don't have the heart to ask for them back - everyone loves them!

Great size

I had full sheet pans and half, but felt a little like goldilocks when using them. I use them with making fudge and the full sheet pan made the fudge to thin and dried it out, the half sheet caused it to be to thick. This was the perfect fit, and the fudge turned out perfect. Assume this would be the same when backing other items like brownies etc.

Bought two because originals were destroyed by letting easy-off cleaner

These pans are the bomb as in perfect! We have multiple sizes to handle our cookie and baking needs. Highly recommended!

Great pan with a caveat

I really like the pans. Very study. Biggest issue is both sets I've ordered have one damaged pan. It's always the bottom pan that was damaged. I'm not sure how that happens since they're shipped in a box.

sheet pan meals are the best!

I started seeing recipes for sheet pan meals and I bought this pan to facilitate. It's ideal. Love cooking with it. I made some dinners at a friend's house, bringing my sheet pan with me, and she ended up purchasing her own because they are so great to cook with.

Good pans

These do not warp and work good. One had a ding in the bottom but it wasn’t bad enough to affect anything.

Cannot completely remove the glue!

The use and care instructions say to care for it just like a non-stick coated pan. Also, the hot glue they used to attach the instructions to the pan is almost impossible to completely remove. I have used extra strength Dawn and, Windex. Neither removed it all.

Cheap Knockoffs!

These pans are cheap knockoffs and oxidized after a few uses. I was totally duped. DO NOT BUY
