Char-Broil needs a proofreader…
“Now ‘your’ cooking’ smarter” How do “reputable” brands such as Char-Broil allow basic grammatical errors like this get on its packaging? As for the actual pan, it’s nice. A little expensive for all it is, but it fits the grill pan quite nicely. The lip roll at the top of the pan has sharp spots, which is a sign of quick machining. The lid feels like a decently rigid piece of ABS plastic, so it should hold up to reasonable use as a lid and cutting surface (e.g., don’t go overboard with a sharp serrated blade).

Perfect for peppers
This item works good for that occasion you want to stuff some hot peppers. Little tricky picking up when hot but I manage.

Heavy duty but small
Works well, the basket is kind of small… so def good for only two people. If it was bigger it’d be perf.

Works well
I needed to smoke 15 racks of ribs and knew that my 3 rack smoker wouldn't do. I had a competitors version of this upright rack and used it with full rib racks. For bulk cooking I split the racks in half and ended up being able to smoke 7 racks at once. I think these did great. I have a masterbilt vertical smoker and had to increase the temp and time because it was literally packed.

Exactly what was needed
Very sturdy and easy to use and clean. Thick stainless steel rack that is great for cooking roasts and racks of ribs without cooking in own drippings.

Perfect size for indirect cooking on my BBQ
I use this with the Charbroil roasting pan for indirect cooking on my BBQ. I set it up in the centre of the grill with heat on the two ends. It nicely fits between the two outside burners. I add water to the roasting pan to keep the food moist during the cook. It is easy to cleanup afterwards.

Muy buena opción de compra
Me agradó mucho que tuviera una base sobre la cual se sostengan los chiles. El producto es tal cual está anunciado y los materiales muy buenos y resistentes. El tamaño es compacto para no ocupar mucho espacio del asador, a comparación de otros que son más largos. Recomiendo que se use un clip para sostener ambas piezas juntas y que no se muevan al manipularlas en su uso, así evitar que se mueva la base y mantener los chiles en su lugar. No se me hace muy útil la pieza de abajo de forma separada como lo anuncian, donde pudiera servir para preparar otros 12 chies, dado que los orificios son pequeños, pero como base en conjunto con la pieza superior funciona muy bien y es para eso que lo compré.
