I can do a handstand but not jumping jacks

I bought this and a different, very expensive, brand with plans on clocking the differences and returning one of them. But they both have such different fits and pros and cons that I kept both. This is comfortable. Like wear all day, forget it has a zipper comfortable. My usual complaints with workout bras are spillage over the top, back pain from straps, and the dreaded “uni-boob” that makes it look like I’m smuggling a watermelon under my blouse. While this doesn’t have the lift and separate of a day-to-day bra, you can tell I have lady-bits and not stolen fruit under there. The multi-strap back really spreads the support out and keeps the pressure off my shoulders. I can summersault and the girls stay tucked in, no popping or spilling or pausing to stuff them back into anything. Some complaints I read with this were, the zipper slides down as you go. I’ve noticed if I don’t take a single second to purposefully flatten the zipper down into the “locked”position (just make sure it’s tight against the teeth and it’s locked) it will slide down. But when I say it just takes one, single second to lock it, I mean it. The zipper has to be perfectly flush with the teeth. If you zip and release, it will slowly unzip, but that’s because it’s designed to, you know, unzip! Another common complaint was how difficult it is to get on, because the single clasp in the front is so small. I mean, is it easy? Takes a few practice swipes. Is it any harder than holding your arms behind your back while pulling on a spandex band to blindly hook 3-5 metal clasps in the dark so you don’t wake your significant other? No. We’re just used to doing it since our training bra days. So give this a chance to get used to too. The only con to this; jumping is still an issue for me. Since this isn’t built like body armor, it has some give. Bending down is fine, upside down is fine, even a quick run down the steps is fine, but jumping jacks I’m still in danger of a possible black eye. Hiit workouts I still find myself crossing my arms for the big jump parts, because it’s uncomfortable to have the girls land so hard. I’m sure for younger women who’s girls smile more at the sky than the sidewalk this won’t be an issue, but that’s why I kept both bras. One is for jumping Hiit workouts and this one is great for a daily workout followed by a quick errand or two.

Great post surgery bra

I’ve had three biopsies since March on my right breast. The first time they just wrapped me really tight and then for my run the next evening I wore a regular sports bra with the wrap over it and was fine. The second biopsy was more traumatic and they wrapped me in a less supportive wrap (in hindsight, wth) and told me to switch to a sports bra that evening. So I did. But my most supportive one was an over the head one. It didn’t work out so well and I developed a hematoma. And hives from the contrast but that’s another story. This biopsy yesterday, weehoo. Two hours on a table I swear designed by not a person with breasts with like 15 samples taken. I feel like a pin cushion. BUT, I’d thought ahead and bought this bra (and several others but this one won and came with me to the appt). Comparing to my other two experiences, this is AMAZING. First, the tech was impressed at the hold. Second and importantly, I was able to sleep, even on my side, without having to get up to take more Tylenol. It bothered me ever so slightly to sleep in something so tight but it’s so comfortable relatively I got over it. I will say from other reviews that I suspect this bra works best for smaller cups. I bought my same size bra and it works for me. I’ll update this review after my run tonight but I am hopeful my view will remain unchanged.

Fits a 38 small B OK, but I hate the front zip.

I knew going into this that I would hate the front zip. But I am very disappointed that Champion does not have a good, supportive sports bra for high impact that has a complete back closure. I bought 3 Champion bras to try and the one I thought that had the most promise had a back closure, but it had a part that did not come undone, so you still had to put it over your head, which is HORRIBLE when you and the bra are both sweaty and wet. So essentially none of their sports bras have any band adjustment for losing some weight or say, PMS swelling to adjust it. It's only one size. Which is part of why I hate the front zip---one size only--no adjustment. And I have had a child and don't want everyone at the gym to know when I get cold--can I get some privacy padding????? It's like men design these bras ***rolls eyes***of course they do. There are no great sports bras for serious athletes with breasts that like to do rough and tumble high impact things. Another day were I swear I am going to learn to sew my own bras and give us ladies who are very active something to be happy with that actually works and is pragmatic.

Great for shoulder surgery

Easy to put in after a few days after shoulder surgery. Fit perfectly. Only downside the elastic on lower part of bras pinches after a days wear.

Champion Women's Motion Control Zip Sports Bra

I really like this sports bra because of the Quality and Front Zip convenient closure. I will say that I had to order 2 sizes larger than I measure (versus my bra size). It fits me perfectly like this probably due to the fact that I participated in several types of Sports (when I was Younger) and have a more "compact" strong upper torso. Everyone is different in shape! I found this fact to be true (having to order larger than bra size) across the board no matter who the brand was. I am going to order another!

Great Fit!

As a woman who has a hard time finding a sports bra that is comfortable and has enough support to hold “the girls“ in, I was very impressed with the sports bra. Plenty of support, comfortable fabric, and it does not unzip itself, which was something I was worried about with the zipper being in the front. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a hard time finding a good sports bra that is inexpensive.

Great for use after a breast biopsy

I bought this bra to wear after a core needle biopsy of the breast. I was told to wear a front-closure bra with a "snug fit". This worked perfectly. The nurse even commented that this was a good bra. I did sleep in it the first night home, but I wouldn't want to do that regularly. The bra holds you in place, which helps to prevent more bruising than necessary. The fit was consistent with the size that I wear in other bras. There are no underwires in this bra. I wish it came in more colors.

Looks Well Made But Size is Completely Off

I have several other Champion bras so I ordered my usual size for this one. The band sizing seems right but the cup sizing is much too small. Getting the hook done up was next to impossible and zipping it up was really difficult. I can’t go up a band size or it will be too loose around my rib cage, and as of the timing of my review, there were no larger cup sizes available in my correct band size. I will unfortunately just have to return this one.

Most comfortable for big busts

I recently had a breast augmentation and was told to purchase a wire-free sports bra. This one sounded like a good one based on the brand and the reviews. I was not disappointed! Best fitting bra and so comfortable. I look forward to putting it on int he morning and support without feeling constrained all day. My days are 14 hours long and physical. I loved the bra so much I purchased 2 more of the Motion Control zip front and one Motion Control underwire . I'm a 34DD and the "girls" sit exactly where they should be. Not too perky, not to squished. No uniboob. Straps are soft and wide enough. Fabric dries quick when you get sweaty. The cups are padded just enough to ensure modesty but not feel heavy. I don't need to look bigger, lol. I hope they keep making this one!

Very comfortable! Easy to do up

As a sports bra, go with actual size. As a comfortable, easy, everyday under the sweatshirt for running errands.. size up the band and cup by one. All in all this was a great buy and I will buy more. I wish it came in taupe and white.

Best sports bra for large chest

I have 10 sports bras various brands and styles. This bra is the best one I have ever owned. The zipper is amazing the support and coverage is excellent. I have 36 D size and have had 2 children so my chest isn't as "tight/firm" as it was before. This bra keeps them in place for excersize, smooths the armpit area so you don't get the weird chubby buldge. Feels amazing on the shoulders as well. Highly recommend. I work 12 hours shifts in an active job and wear this under my uniform and am comfortable the whole shift.

Sizing cannot be right

I would be tempted to post the picture I took but I think it would be too scandalous. There is no way the sizing is correct. With a regular bra I wear 36D. I understand that sports bras can fit a bit differently (annoyingly) so I bought 36DD and I also bought 38D. I guess the 38D fit a bit better, but was difficult to zip up. But the 36DD was super small. There was no way that was getting zipped up in the slightest. I had also tried out a 36DD in an Yvette sports bra and that had fit the way it was supposed to. I am unsure if I like the style of this bra as neither actually fit me so I am just returning both and not buying Champion.
