Aragonite

Nothing special, I didn’t read carefully and this is just Aragonite. You can get much, much more for cheaper than this elsewhere. It does have a nice variety of sand and small gravel size pieces.

Works well, helps balance nitrates.

Definitely makes a difference, I’m using it as refugium substrate. Wash it once but no matter what you’re going to get cloudiness in the water, this substrate is a mix of course and very fine sand (which it says in the directions). Awesome stuff definitely recommend. Update: I’m 6 months in and the substrate works amazing. Keeps my phosphate at around .01 ( which is to low honestly) I’ve had to dose nitrates and feed extra due to the substrate working so well. Still recommend over any other method.

Great for refugium.

Product is a good alternative to miracle mud and I prefer to use it as my first choice in refugium substrate for filtration. Give it a light rinse before placing in refugium to avoid cloudiness in water.

I’m really happy with this substrate it has my plants growing really well, it is very dusty though!
