Must have buy for gutter screw installation!

There are two similar bit types this a square drive is the same dimension the whole driving area and the Robertson bit. Which is tapered at the base. Do not use interchangeably! You will strip these screws out! Also a #2 square drive will loosely fit in a #3 hole. This will also strip. The # 3 square drive bit is not easy to find but is the only bit that will drive these gutter screws without stripping them. Vise grips are not the way to install these expensive gutter screws in.

Good square drive bits

Great for the money, I got these to put together a playground/swing set that had about 1000 screws. After repeated use the corners of the bits got a little rounded and lost some of the grip. But I only used two of the 5 to get the whole project done. I don't encounter square drive screws too often so the 5 here should last.

Best sq #2 bits you can buy.

I have been using these Bosch bits exclusively for many years. As a professional carpenter, I mainly just deal with square head screws. I have used their Philips also and they are top-notch. They grip the screw exceptionally well so you don't mar a finished surface by slipping off the bit. Simply the best bits I have used and I've tried A LOT! Last a long time as well.

6 inch square head bits are really good!

I work in a cabinet shop and we only use #2 square head screws. These bits have performed extremely well in putting cabinets together for me.

Best value bits

I'm a heavy consumer of robby number two bits. I use em day in, day out, and my helpers seem to round them off instantly. No matter where I am on site, I can always hear them trying to drive or remove a bit with the wrong angle. They never give up though! These are good bits that grip the fasteners when new, last about as long as other good bits, and the package and price makes them a winner.

Super quality and value for 10 pack

This 3.5” long #2 Robertson or square tip, work excellent, just like the other types from Bosch line. I use them all the time professionally, by driving 1000s of screws from 1 1/4” and 1 1/2” subfloor screws to 3” framing and decking screws and seem to last forever. They do wear out eventually from using with impact drivers, production style, but overall satisfied and I enjoy the quality, very noticeable. Never had one bend or brake, just normal wear. Thanks

Strip quickly

In the past, I have been using Rigid bits and the rigid bits have lasted for months at a time. I usually only run into issues with certain wood screws from Lowes. I needed new bits and so I bought these Bosch ones based on the brand name and the price. The Bosch bits are useless. These sputtered and stripped screws within a day. I went out an bought Rigid bits and the Rigid bits effortlessly drove in the same screws. Impact tough the Bosch bits are not. A complete waste of money.
