arrived bent

The cutouts are nice but they arrived bent due to inadequate packaging. They were placed in a large plastic envelope without a card board backing. Would have otherwise been very pleased with this transaction.

Snowflakes

The snowflakes are bent. As you can see from the pictures, I didn’t remove them from their plastic. I display these on a table setting; imperfections will not display well. I had bought similar ones last year and they were not damaged.
