Dependable Band-Aid
We all grew up with Band-Aid bandages here in the states. Just as Kleenex is the word we use for tissue, Xerox is the word we use for copy machine, and Q-Tip is the word we use for cotton swab...so, Band-Aid is the word we use for bandages. These are the common words used because they have proven themselves to be dependable products and, consequently, the product most often purchased. Living in America, we have a plethora of products to choose from and often take it for granted. Case in point - my son's lady is from down under and spent a couple of hours at our grocery store the first time she came to the states. (We take for granted that our grocery stores - now called supermarkets - not only carry an abundance of groceries {pre-pandemic}, but also carry flip flops, light bulbs, bird seed, shoe polish, alcohol, toys, etc.) What a surprise to find out that there are places past our shores who aren't aware M&Ms come in more choices than plain or peanut!! Same with Band-Aids. She's a swimmer, so my son picked up the "extra sticky" tough strips so she wouldn't have to replace them every time she got in the pool. When they went back across the sea he had packed a few boxes to last them a while. I received a text the other day asking if I could pick some up to send over to them. When someone's asking you to ship something out of the country to them you KNOW you've got a good product. What a great country we live in!!!

Best for sticking to the skin
If you have thinning skin, these bandages are not for you. But if you want a bandage that will not come off unless you want it to, these are perfect.

Great staying power
I have dermatitis on my hands and often have to bandage fingers that get very dry and crack around the nails. I have found these to be the best at staying on after applying. They also stretch a little which helps when putting them on.

These really stick tight!
I work outdoors in hot weather most of the year. Most other bandages will sweat off in only a few hours. Bandages on my hands don't last even that long. These Tough Strips stay on for days; in fact, they're almost too strong. My aging skin is thin, and removing the bandages in the first couple of days can tear it. I often have to wait for them to fall off naturally, which takes almost a week. This is a minor complaint compared to using bandages that don't protect for even a few hours.
