Almost Burned the House down!

Just to be clear, this was installed by a licensed electrician. All the materials were correct for this install. I sent him the pictures, he said these were cheap transformers, and he recommends I never use this brand again! We were super excited to get our lights working, but within hours, they started to flicker. When I went downstairs to check, I could smell right away electrical burning. Thank God almighty we caught it before thank got real bad.
