Wheel bent .

this product came in a badly damaged box but everything inside seemed ok. Didn't notice bent wheel until it was put together and we rolled it forward. they want me to exchange the whole thing. the replacement will not come until Jan 31, 2022. it was for my grandchildren for Christmas. I just need the wheel replaced. the rest of it is beautiful

Nice Cart

Nice Cart , Just Not The Size They Advertised , Much Smaller My PopCorn Maker fits , but the measurements they advertise 38" wide x 23 " Depth are actually 31" wide x 17" Depth. Height is advertised as 33" and is 31" Shipped in good shape & assembly was easy , although directions were not exact. Kinda wonder if they shipped right machine . Directions said for this machine. Bought this one because it had dimensions listed and would fit my machine with room to spare, turned out to just fit.

Chipped paint.

This item had chipped paint on the unit and both wheels all over the spokes. They gave me a credit to get the appropriate paint and fix. I was even sent new tires by benchmark to replace the other tires.
