Inexpensive, functional

They are sharp and work well. The nail guard probably would cut claws closer than I would be comfortable with, so I don't use it. They are great for what it is. That said, my cat hates it.

It's large

In the title it doesn't say that this clipper is meant for large dogs. But I feel like the build and hold of this clipper is meant for larger dogs. It's so big to use for my small dogs, but it still works well at least. No problems on function, just the size is big.

I bought for kittens, but made more for a larger dog. Looks to be good quality and easy to use for that bigger animal.

Works great

Snips even the toughest nails. Our Danes nails grow so quick and are so thick but these snip right through them and I don’t have to worry about cutting her. Would repurchase again.

They are larger so not able to use them just yet on my kitten but when he gets bigger these will come in handy. Just need an extra set of hands to keep from having my arms torn to shreds by razor sharp claws from the feet we aren’t clipping!

We Did It!!

We finally managed to trim all the toes on the most skittery cat in the world. It was a two person job, wrapping her in a bath towel and releasing only one weapon at a time! But these clippers made the trimming part easy. She even forgave us almost immediately. Thanks for a great product!!

Great for larger cats!

I have 2 cats. One is a large and portly fellow who weighs 15 pounds. The other is a petite little girl who only weighs 6.5 pounds. For my dainty and petite girl these are almost too big and therefore a bit difficult to use, but I appreciate how cleanly they cut her through her claws. While she is tiny, this cat has a tough personality and hates getting her claws trimmed so I like that once I have the cut lined up it is a quick squeeze and done. For my large and portly fellow, who has fairly thick claws commensurate with his size, these trimmers cut through the claw cleanly and didn't leave jagged edges. He is calm about having his claws trimmed, but I appreciate not adding to his stress about the process.
